Do I have to use W4B to build the site after?
No. The pack is designed as a strategic asset you own forever, even if you never build with us. The DIY Kit is genuinely usable on your own. We are betting that, when you see the roadmap, you will want us to deliver it.
Can I apply the £497 to a build later?
Yes, in full. Start any W4B build (Starter, Growth, or Performance) within 30 days of pack delivery and the £497 credits 100% against your invoice. After 30 days the credit window closes.
What happens during the calibration call?
We have already done the analysis. In 30 minutes we share findings, validate pain points with you, and confirm scope before we finalise. It catches anything our automated audit missed and keeps the final pack tightly aligned to your reality.
What if I'm not happy with the report?
Tell us inside 14 days and we will refund in full. We have run this format for hospitality operators long enough to know when it lands and when it does not.
