Part of our direct booking website design service. This page is for apartment and aparthotel operators; holiday lets, guest houses and other short lets are covered there.

An apartment website has three jobs at once

A hotel website mostly sells rooms by the night. A serviced apartment or aparthotel website has to work for very different visitors on the same page. A site designed for only one of them quietly loses the other two.

Corporate bookers and relocation agents

They book for someone else, often for weeks at a time. They want a clear long-stay enquiry route, an obvious way to ask for an invoice or a company account, and proof you can handle a team arriving on Monday. A hotel-style "book now" button alone loses them.

Leisure and short-stay guests

They compare you with the same apartment on Booking.com and Airbnb. They want live availability, a total price before they type a card number, and real photos of the apartment they will actually stay in.

Contractors and project teams

They care about parking, a washing machine, a proper kitchen, fast wifi and a workspace. If those facts are buried in a PDF, they ring a competitor whose site answers the question in one scroll.

What the best apartment website designs have in common

Use this as a checklist for your current site, or as a brief for any agency you talk to, including us. For worked examples, see our roundup of great serviced apartment websites and the longer serviced apartment website design guide.

1. Apartment-type pages, not room pages

Studios, one-beds and two-beds each get their own page with a floor plan or layout, sleeping arrangements, kitchen kit and the buildings they are available in. Guests search for "two bed serviced apartment Manchester", not "deluxe room".

2. Building and location pages

One page per building or area, with transport links, parking and what is nearby. These pages are what Google ranks for "[area] serviced apartments", and they give corporate bookers something to forward to the person travelling.

3. Two booking paths

Instant booking for short stays, connected to your PMS, and a short enquiry form for long stays and group bookings. Both feed your CRM so nothing sits in an inbox.

4. Live availability from your PMS

Calendar and prices come straight from your property management system, so the website never shows a night you have already sold elsewhere.

5. Length-of-stay pricing that is easy to read

Weekly and monthly rates shown plainly, with what is included (cleaning frequency, bills, linen). Long-stay guests are pricing you against a short-term rental, not just a hotel.

6. Proof and reassurance near the button

Reviews, cancellation terms, check-in method and a phone number sit next to the booking widget, not on a separate page. That is where hesitant guests make up their minds.

7. Fast on a phone

A lightweight build, compressed images and no heavy page builder. Many guests first find you on a phone, often on the move, and a slow page gives them a reason to go back to the app they already have.

8. Structured data and clean SEO

Schema markup for your business and FAQs, a proper sitemap, and redirects from every old URL when we replace an existing site, so you keep the rankings you already have.

Connected to the PMS you already use

Your website should read availability and prices from your property management system, and send direct bookings straight back into it. No double bookings, no re-keying.

We built a Tokeet integration for live availability on the Hilltop Serviced Apartments site, and digital check-in linked to the PMS for Executive Roomspace's guest portal.

Common Questions

Questions We Get Asked

About apartment and aparthotel websites.

How much does an apartment website cost?

Our website builds start at £1,997 for a simple enquiry site. The Growth build at £3,997 adds property search and a booking widget connected to your PMS, which is where most serviced apartment operators with 3 to 10 apartments start. The Performance build at £6,997 adds a full booking engine and deeper analytics for larger portfolios. Full details are on our pricing page.

How long does it take to build?

The Growth build is delivered in 10 days. Larger sites with several buildings, custom booking flows or a guest portal take longer, and we agree the timeline before we start.

Will the website connect to my PMS?

Yes. We connect your website to your property management system so availability and prices are always live. Our PMS integration page explains how this works for Guesty, Hostaway, Uplisting and Beds24, and we have connected sites to Tokeet and Res:Harmonics for clients.

Is a serviced apartment website different from a hotel website?

Yes. Hotels sell rooms by the night to one main audience. Serviced apartment operators sell whole apartments by the night, week or month to corporate bookers, relocation agents, contractors and leisure guests at once. The site needs apartment-type pages, building pages, a long-stay enquiry route and clear length-of-stay pricing.

Will I lose my Google rankings if you redesign my site?

Not if the move is done properly. Before launch we map every existing URL to its new home and set up permanent redirects, keep the page titles and content that already rank, and resubmit the sitemap in Google Search Console after go-live.

Do I own the website?

Yes. You own the code, the content and the domain. If you want to move hosting or work with another agency later, you can.
